Ordering and Payment Info

Products

I use high quality cardstock and products, many supplied by Stampin' Up! TM.  The back of each card has a stamp with my name and the Stampin' Up!TM copyright or a handwritten indication of the company that owns rights to the images, per their individual Angel Policies.  All cards or sets come  sealed in a cellophane envelope for protection.

Ordering

To place an order or inquire about a custom order, contact me at beckymaners@gmail.com, or via Facebook (Charis Notes and Gifts).   You may also purchase available items directly from my Etsy shop.

Shipping

I ship anywhere in the United States using USPS Priority Mail.  I can also offer pick-up or hand delivery if you are in the Pittsburgh area.  Upon placing an order, shipping charges and a final total will be confirmed before finalizing the sale. 
Shipping to other locations can be arranged on a case by case basis.

Sales Tax

Appropriate sales tax will be charged for those residing in Pennsylvania, based on the shipping address.  Tax applies to products as well as shipping, per PA state law. 

Payment

Etsy orders can be conducted by direct check out.  I also accept payment by PayPal, Square Register, cash or check.  Once the order total and shipping arrangements have been confirmed, payment can be arranged, including the option of a PayPal invoice.  Once payment is received, I will send your items. 
For large projects, such as wedding invitations, a downpayment will be requested when the order is final prior to supply purchase. 
Payment is required upon delivery of items.

Refunds/Credit

In the unfortunate event of damage during shipping a credit will be offered for a replacement item or other items in my shop.
